From the first contact I made with Jane she could not have been more helpful. It was a very difficult time for me as my husband was very ill and i wanted a permanent reminder of him before he passed. Jane answered all correspondence withing hours and was flexible enough to let me add to my order at the last minute. the fingerprint pendant I ordered for myself and my daughters and dog tag for my son are beautiful, a precious, everlasting memory of my husband and their father. Jane even ensured the order was complete and delivered in time for us to wear them to his funeral. I cannot recommend the silver impression company enough and will definitely use Jane again, I hope in happier circumstances next time. Shelley.

Hallo Jane. We received the pendant today...............… wanted to thank you for doing it in time. We are very pleased with it…….a lovely job…… it is a special present for our daughter’s 30th birthday and we are sure she will be delighted with it.

Dear Jane, Have received Noah's fingerprint today - thank you so much for getting in done in time for my daughter's birthday - she'll be thrilled (Noah is only six weeks old so a bit difficult getting the print without her knowing!!).
