Production Time

• Standard Orders - Standard orders normally take around 28 days from receipt of your impressions. For Jewellery required more quickly we have a priority service available.
  

• Priority Orders - Once we have received your usable impressions Priority Orders will be made and ready to dispatch within 10 working days. This option is available during checkout at a cost of £15.00.
  



Production time applies to impressions received back in the studio within 5 working days. Production time may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Mothers Day and Fathers Day. Click here to see our T&Cs regarding production and delivery.

If you require your order by a specific date and have not chosen the 'Priority' option we cannot guarantee to have your jewellery with you by this date.  Therefore we do not take responsibility for delivery after this date, although we will do our best for a delivery as close to your required by date as possible.
